Accommodations
You can make reservations at area hotels using the William & Mary Campus Travel Website.
Conference Venue
The conference will be held at the William & Mary School of Education.
Parking
Visitors can use the Passport Parking app to park in the visitor parking lot (Lot 6), plus Lot 1 or Lot 2 at the School of Education at a rate of $2.50/hour.
Note: Do not park in Lots 7 or 8, these are noted as faculty/staff lots and Passport users may not park in these lots.
The Passport Parking app is free to download through the App Store and Google Play. To establish a session, download the app, or go to ppprk.com, take note of the zone you parked in (Zone 1478) and follow the prompts, pay for the time you plan to be in the lot, and you're set. With the app, users can efficiently pay for parking sessions from their mobile devices, as well as monitor parking sessions, extend time remotely, view payment history, receive email receipts.
Directions
From Richmond and points west:
Take Interstate 64 East to exit 234 (Route 199 East) towards Lightfoot.
Follow Route 199 approximately 6 miles to the Monticello Avenue exit.
At the bottom of the ramp, turn left at the stop light onto Monticello Avenue.
Stay on Monticello approximately 1.5 miles. At the sixth light is a sign for the School of Education. Turn right at the light.
Purchase Passport parking valid to park in Lots 1,2, or 6.
The program will be on the first floor in the right wing of the building (if you’re facing the front of the building from outside).
From Norfolk and points east:
Take Interstate 64 West to exit 242A (Route 199 West) towards Williamsburg and Jamestown.
Follow Route 199 approximately 6 miles to the Monticello Avenue exit.
At the bottom of the ramp, bear right onto Monticello Avenue.
Stay on Monticello approximately 1.5 miles. At the sixth light is a sign for the School of Education. Turn right at the light.
Purchase Passport parking valid to park in Lots 1,2, or 6.
