Scholarship Program

CCA is now taking nominations for its conference scholarship program. For each conference, CCA will award up to three scholarships that cover the full cost of registration and one night’s hotel stay at one of the conference’s designated hotels.

For a member to be considered for the program, the individual should:

• Hold a junior-level position or have worked in higher ed communications for less than five years

• Work at an organization that either has a freeze on conference attendance or in an office that is financially unable to send multiple attendees to conferences

To be considered for a scholarship, the individual’s supervisor should send a letter to the CCA President that describes how the nominee fits these criteria no later than three weeks before the next conference.

Note: Supervisors should not nominate student workers. They already are able to attend conferences at a reduced cost ($29 registration).
