Accommodations
A room block exclusively for CCA conference attendees is available at the conference hotel, the Hotel Madison, for $96/night.
You may make your reservations online, by calling the Hotel Madison Reservations Department at 540-564-0200, or emailing reservations@hotelmadison.com and identifying yourself as participants in the College Communicators Association Winter 2023 Conference.

The conference will be held at the Hotel Madison & Shenandoah Valley Conference Center.
Parking
Hotel Parking
Self-parking is available in the Mason Street Parking Deck at $5.00 per car per day for both overnight and day guests. Overnight guest parking will be placed on each guest’s folio; day guests may pay at the deck kiosk using a gate-issued ticket.
Entry to the deck is located on MLK Jr. Way/Cantrell Boulevard. Electric car charging stations are available complimentary. A covered walkway is situated between the deck and the Hotel’s mezzanine entrance.
