Accommodations

There are numerous hotel options in the Blacksburg area, including many close to the Virginia Tech campus and within the state per diem rates, including:

Parking

The North End Center Parking Garage is the recommended parking location for the conference. Visitor parking is available on Levels 1 and 2. There is a $6 fee and the garage is approximately a 0.5 mile walk to the Squires Student Center.

Conference Venue

The conference will be held at the Squires Student Center on Virginia Tech’s Blacksburg campus.

The Commonwealth Ballroom, located on the second floor of the student center, will be the central gathering location for the conference keynote and meals, with session breakout rooms nearby.
